About this lesson
This is the fourth video in the series looking at transformations of functions for the Unit 1 and 2 Mathematical Methods course. Having spent time in previous videos looking at how we can translate, dilate and reflect functions (and find the equation of their images) we now look at determining transformations. Here, I am going to give you a base graph and ask how we get to a particular image, or vice versa. This is a really important skill and is assessed over and over again. There are a number of worked examples and I do everything I can to explain the content in an easy to understand way.
