This is another video in the Complex Numbers series for the Year 12 VCE (Units 3 and 4) Specialist Mathematics course. This video looks at how we can solve quadratic equations when we know there will be complex solutions. I show how to use completing the square and the quadratic formula to factorise and solve quadratic equations. There are a couple of VCAA questions to show how this might be assessed. Everything is explained in an easy to understand way.
